Novel TO-BOSA for FTTH using new optical path alignment technology

Abstract

We propose a new assembly technique that provides a cost-effective way to integrate Tx and Rx in one TO-package. The TO-BOSA developed using this technique performed sufficiently well for FTTH service applications.
