Abstract
The nuclear magnetic resonance of 59Co in PrCo4B has been measured at 4.2 K in external magnetic fields up to 50 kOe. The 59Co hyperfine fields at the 2c, 6i1 and 6i2 sites have been determined as +7, -75 and -10 kOe, respectively by extrapolating to zero external field. In a similar way, the hyperfine field at 11B site has been determined as +14.8 kOe. Splitting of the 6i site signal into two sites, 6i1 and 6i2, suggests that the magnetization direction of PrCo4B has a c-plane component.
