On-site micro painting of optical laser cavities for microchip laser driving

Abstract

Two types of polymeric microcavity fabrication method for DPSS pumping lasers were proposed and developed. WGM lasers were successfully fabricated. Polymeric microdisk with LDS798-doped microdisk and Rhodamine-6G-doped micro-wire array were demonstrated.
