Optical group-delay filters for 300-GHz-wave beam steering

Abstract

We proposed a concept of a continuous THz-wave beam steering method based on optical filters with gradient group-delay. We experimentally demonstrated a 300-GHz-wave beam steering as wide as 10? using arrayed photomixers with integrated 2×4 planar slot antennas.
