Abstract
Microdisk cavities with high Q-factor and small mode volume can be expected for improvement in luminous efficiency of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) by fabricating OLED into microdisk. As a fabrication method to form microdisk into OLED structure, we previously proposed the ink-jet printing method, which can easily fabricate organic microdisks. However, electric field concentration caused by steric microdisk structure might break OLED. In this study, we demonstrated a fabrication of OLED on the ink-jet printed microdisk cavity.
