Abstract
Micropatterning of Ag nanoparticles was conducted with a Ag +-incorporated TiO2/poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) alternate ultrathin film by photochemical reduction through a patterned photomask. The prepared Ag nanoparticles possessed a mean diameter of 5.7 ± 1.7nm.
