Abstract
A study of polymer-based solid-state multi-strip dye lasers for laser spectroscopy without frequency scanning was performed. The tunable distributed feedback (DFB) laser action was achieved by varying grating period written on each strip. The formation of a dynamic holographic grating based on the periodic change in the refractive index by using two-beam interaction of a pumping laser was also discussed.
