Abstract

Structural and electronic properties of several conjugated polymers containing different organic radicals coupled in various ways through benzene rings are examined by employing band structure calculations in the extended Hückel approximation. Novel threefold (right) and fourfold helical structures are suggested for meta‐phenylene coupled polymers. (Figure Presented.)
