Practical nano-artifact metrics based on lower-magnification of image retrieval

Abstract

For implementation of practical nano-artifact metrics under lower magnification rate of image retrieval using white light interferometer, original image processing flow was developed. As the result, sufficiently high security performance has been successfully demonstrated.
