Precision measurement of PTCR effect

Abstract

We report a result in conduction of PTCR component. We measure it under heating and cooling respectively. As the result, the result that the conductivity under heating and that under cooling differed was obtained. And the offset current also had such a hysteresis. Moreover, by the measurements in the range of 10 μV to 10 mV, the result that the temperature characteristic of the conductivity is not dependent on voltage was obtained.
