Preliminary research of MCF coupling to optical mode switch configuration

Abstract

Preliminary research of MCF coupling to optical mode switch is reported. Using single lens system like conventional SMF coupling, output mode coupling is confirmed between MCF and optical mode switch with coupling loss of 9dB.
