Waveguide dye lasers are attractive for use in integrated devices because of the easily on-demand fabrication and disposable use. We fabricated and demonstrated a master oscillator power amplifier （MOPA） system based on Rhodamine6G doped polymethylmethacrylate （PMMA）. Firstly, a planer waveguide master oscillator was fabricated and optimized to achieve single mode lasing. Secondly, a linear waveguide MOPA system including 20 μm width oscillator （10 mm length） and 30 μm width amplifier （10 mm length） was fabricated and demonstrated. A signal laser was amplified to 20 times.
