Proposal of waveguided PPLN SHG device with conversion efficiency modulator

Abstract

Novel type of waveguided PPLN SHG device is proposed. The inserted two EO phase modulator can modulate SH output. Numerical simulation shows V π = 58V for 940→470 nm. Experimental result of V π=30V was observed approximately.
