The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of μ-MIM products. In order to realize the purpose, mixing and injection molding process were focused. Three types of mixing machines and two types of injection machines with different capacity were used for producing the pellet and micro dumbbell specimen. Sintered density and weight loss of pellet and also sintered density and strength of micro dumbbell specimens were considered. CV value of each property was calculated and homogeneity was discussed. It is clarified that the specimens of smaller mixing and injection machines were smaller variation in weight loss, sintered density and strength.
