N2 - Current collect property in micro tubular solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) was evaluated, using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. A micro tubular cell was composed of NiO/YSZ anode, LSGM electrolyte, and LSCF cathode. The effect of different current collect types, i.e., short-current path or long-current path was evaluated. These results were simultated to the equivalent circuit with four resistances and three capacitances, and accuracy of these estimated values were discussed in nonlinear least square techniques. As a result, short-current path type was high performance and ohmic resistance was dependent of current collect type.
