Abstract

<p>In this demonstration, the integration between and RF differential rectifier and DC-DC boost converter is proposed. The design aims to enhance the output voltage to a suitable maximum level for low-power sensor supply. The rectifier is constructed using a differential balanced configuration. A commercial charge pump DC-DC boost converter is used to maximize the DC output voltage. The circuit operation has validated separately for the rectifier and DC-DC converter then for the integrated circuit. The measurement and simulation results are exactly matched together.</p>
