Abstract

Since the protein-carbohydrate interaction is amplified by the glyco-cluster effect, the development for the quantitative analysis of the glyco-cluster effect is valuable for the biological analysis. The glyco-cluster of saccharide terminated dendrimer was synthesized by click chemistry. The glyco-dendrimer was immobilized on the alkyne-terminated self-assembled monolayer by click chemistry. The protein-carbohydrate interaction was analyzed by quartz crystal microbalance.
