Abstract

We report two cases of seminal vesicle cyst associated with ipsilateral renal dysplasia. Case 1 was an 18-year-old man and Case 2 was a 35-year-old man. Both of them had been hospitalized for more extensive examinations of a retrovesical mass. DIP, CT and MRI revealed a dysplastic ipsilateral kidney and a cystic mass in the retrovesical region. Urethrocystoscopy showed that the ipsilateral ureteral orifice was absent. Vasoseminal vesiculography images revealed an ipsilateral ureter opening into the seminal vesicle and a seminal vesicle cyst. The patients were not subjected to any surgical intervention, and have been doing well.
