Abstract
A 73-year-old man underwent radical nephrectomy for a left renal tumor (renal cell carcinoma, clear cell type, G2, INFα, pT1b pN0 M0) in 2002. He subsequently noticed a skin nodule on his right chest two years after the surgery. Surgical resection of the skin nodule was successfully carried out. Histological examination showed clear cell carcinoma which was compatible with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. No other distant metastasis could be identified.
