Structure and production of p-shell Ξ-hypernuclei predicted with realistic interactions

Abstract

Ξ-hypernuclear structure has been calculated with nuclear core-excitation effects. The many-body wave functions have been used to estimate the (K-, K+) reaction spectra in DWIA, showing a possibility of discriminating the spin-spin properties of the existing Ξ-N potentials.
