Submillimeter and millimeter wave ESR measurements of Cu 3(CO3)2(OH)2 (azurite), which is the model substance for S = 1/2 frustrated diamond chain, have been performed at 0.5 and 1.9 K. Anomalous AFMR modes, which cannot be interpreted as a simple two sublattice antiferromagnet, were observed at 0.5 K. The antiferromagnetic gaps at zero magnetic field were estimated to be 126 and 435 GHz for H//a and H//b, respectively. The observed AFMR mode is also discussed in connection with the magnetization result.
