Sugar microarray by self-assembled monolayer and amyloid b analysis

Abstract

Saccharides on the cell surfaces play important roles in living systems. Sugar array is the suitable bio-device to analyze the sugar-protein interaction to clarify the biological phenomena. We tired to fabricate the sugar microarray using self-assembled monolayer. The interaction was analyzed by fluorescence labeled lectin. Sugar-protein interaction of complicated saccharide was also investigated by sugar module methodology.
