Abstract

The effects of the material of musical instruments on the timbre were examined. The study was focussed on the crown of flute (cover of one terminal) and the endpin of a cello (metal rod to support the main body off the floor). The rating experiment of the timbre observed the effect of materials of musical instruments parts on timbre of musical instruments.
