Abstract

概念メタファー理論の発展にともない、外国語学習者のメタフォリカル・コンピテンス(MC)が重要視されつつあり、第二言語習得に欠かせないものとなってきた。しかし、日本語教育では、MCに関する研究はまだ見られない。本稿では、これまでのMCに関する文献を収集し、MC研究の現状と問題点についてまとめたうえで、日本語教育へのMC研究の導入の構想を提案する。Along with the development of Conceptual Metaphor Theory, the metaphorical competence (MC) of foreign language learners has been considered more and more important, and it has now become an indispensable segment of second language acquisition. However, the research on MC has not begun in the field of teaching Japanese. This article reviews the extant literature on MC to summarize the status quo and problems of the research on MC and then proposes an application of the research on MC in teaching Japanese.
