    Abstract

It is possible to interpret the shape of buildings based on synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images acquired using airborne SAR systems. However, the pixel values of SAR images have a high dynamic range intensity, and SAR images cannot be displayed without dynamic range intensity compression. Thus, we have developed a tone mapping method and a blending method. Using our method, the tone of SAR images becomes seamless with no intensity gap.
