N2 - This paper treats tourism support systems and the authors propose a tourism support system for tourists’ migratory behaviors using AR (Augmented Reality). The target users of this system are mainly young tourists who frequently use one of the mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. The users of this system can receive tourism information about shops and restaurants in his/her sightseeing spots as push-typed data, sometimes called passive information, that are automatically sent to the target users by Bluetooth and Beacon. The sent information will be displayed using AR (Augmented Reality). The purpose of this system is to activate users’ migratory behaviors during their tours. In this paper, the authors also show experimental results to evaluate the usefulness of the proposed system. From the results, it can be said that the propose system will be useful.
