Two-color deep-ultraviolet 40-fs pulses at 100 kHz

Abstract

We present a 100-kHz deep-ultraviolet laser system that generates 226- and 260-nm pulses simultaneously with pulse energies of 250 and 130 nJ (average powers: 25 and 13 mW), respectively, with 40-fs pulse durations.
