Abstract

An effective technique for leading a nasogastric decompression tube using an endoscopic foreign-body or biopsy forceps guided Nelaton catheter during esophageal reconstruction is described herein. This technique is both time-saving and avoids unnecessary mucosal damage to the esophagus.
