N2 - In order to realize a high-speed wavelength switching of the TDA-DFB laser at a wide switching width, we developed an accurate control model accounting for the laser nonlinearity. We applied our nonlinear model to 400-GHz-wide and 600-GHz-wide switching and achieved a switching time within 50 ns.
