N2 - We investigated power enhancement of THz wave with arrayed antennas and parallel-connection UTC-PDs. Combining these two configurations in 8-arrayed UTC-PDs, we demonstrated that the peak power of the THz wave at 300 GHz was enhanced by 60 times compared with a single UTC-PD.
