N2 - Authors are now developing the ESCON structural members for various civil engineering structures. To construct a beam member with this kind of high strength concrete, it is reasonable to apply high strength rebar and expect high stress degree in order to balance high strength of concrete. However, if we expect a large degree of stress in the main rebar, there is certain risks that the crack width become large and the durability of it decrease. Thus, repeated applied load at high stress level may affect severe damage on the fatigue durability. In this paper, repeated loading tests of RC beam using ESCON are conducted in order to verify their fatigue durability and crack growth status, and residual strength of them are confirmed after the fatigue test.
