title = "A low power 2.4 GHz LNA operated in subthreshold region",
abstract = "This paper described the design of a low power low-noise amplifier (LNA) for 2.4 GHz wireless sensor network applications. The proposed LNA employs subthreshold CMOS operation to achieve low power and positive feedback to increase gain. The proposed LNA has been fabricated together using TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process. The gain is 8.54 dB with 370 μA current drawn from a 0.8 V in the simulation. The LNA has a noise figure of 4.61 dB. The measured gain is 7.22 dB and measured DC current is 360 μA.",
