Computed tomography (CT) is a key examination in the management of gastric cancers. Contrast enhanced CT is essential for accurate diagnosis of its stage, including depth of invasion of tumor, nodal involvement, and distant metastasis. Recently, three dimensional CT with the use of multidetector-row CT has been useful in tumor staging, which accuracy is over 90 %. In this paper, we present up-to-date clinical information, basic CT findings, and differential diagnoses of gastric cancers.
