抄録

A new high pressure apparatus using Ti-Ni shape memory alloy as an actuator has been developed. It is found that the high pressure around 10 GPa is easily obtained when we use the Bridgman type anvil having a face of 3 mm in diameter. Some other properties of this high pressure apparatus are reported briefly.
