抄録

In this study, we have developed a microfluidic electroporation system for seamless production of exosomal nanomedicines. The developed microfluidic device composed of a complete micro-mixing region and a micro-electroporation region allowed effective production of doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX)-loaded exosomes with high DOX loading efficiency. The developed integrated micro-electroporation system is expected to contribute to optimization of production conditions for preparation of various anticancer drugs and nucleic acids-loaded exosomal nanomedicines.
