For utilization of fly ash which is one of byproducts, authors focus on fly ash having relative lower consumption, even specified in JIS. One of the reasons for lower consumption is slower early strength development than ordinary Portland cement (OPC) in case of much replacing ratio of fly ash in fly ash cement. Blend Alkanolamine shows higher strength than Triisopropanolamine by fly ash Type-B-mixture and fly ash Type-C-mixture. Besides, blend Alkanolamine shows higher strength than OPC mortar from 1day. The mechanism shows hydration of C3S and C4AF within 48 hours are increased by using strength enhancers.
