The effect of chain length distribution on microphase-separated structures from both AB and BAB triblock copolymers were investigated by neutron reflectivity measurements. Prepared samples have constant composition and the same averaged molecular weight but have different values of chain length distribution. It has been found that interfacial thickness increases with chain length distribution and that the increment for triblock is larger than that for diblock. Furthermore localization of block chains in block copolymer samples with relatively broad chain length distribution was confirmed by labeling particular copolymers.
