We have measured the electrical resistivity under magnetic field and pressure for YbIr2Zn20 with the cubic caged structure, and created the evolution of an electronic state in the quantum critical region. The new electronic state at about 5.0 GPa corresponds to the heavy ferrmion state with a very small Kondo temperature TK = 0.1-0.2 K from the metamagnetic behavior observed at the magnetic field Hm = 1.5 kOe. The corresponding cyclotron effective mass at 0 kOe is estimated to be about 450 m0.
