抄録

Along with the living standard enhancement, the family energy consumption of Lhasa had a large-scale expansion. By the surveys, the typical indoor thermal environment of the residential buildings showed that the existing residential buildings used passive solar design spontaneously. However, it still needs improving. Considered that Lhasa was categorized into heating area in 2008, it faces the problem of huge increasing of the heating energy. The basic simulation models were established for in-depth understanding the family energy consumption. The result will support the next study of energy saving building for the sustainable development of the city by specific passive/active design.
