抄録

The paper reports radical-assisted protein crystallization by using circulating reactive interface of microfluidic chip. The novelty of our work is separation and extraction of radical species from plasma irradiation and to produce reactive interface in micro-fluidic chip. It was also confirmed that several radicals species are detected by ESR (Electron Spin Resonance) measurement and the radical-induced protein crystal are produced for low concentration of protein. This microfluidic chip contributes to the protein crystal production and bio-medical applications.
