鍔付きディフューザ風車の性能に対する支持構造の後流の影響

抄録

To study the wake influence of the support structures of a wind turbine equipped with a flanged-diffuser shroud (wind-lens turbine), we conducted a three dimensional numerical simulation using LES. The wind-lens turbine will be enlarged in size for offshore wind power and the support structures are also enlarged. Therefore, it should be noted that the influence of the support structures on the wind-lens turbine performance is larger than that on a bare wind turbine. So far, we had no precedent of numerical simulations of the wind-lens turbine with the support structures. In this paper, we conducted the numerical simulation to study the influence. As a result, although the flow decelerates behind the pillar, the deceleration is suppressed near the inside of the wind-lens. It is because the inner surface of the wind-lens works like upper surface of an airfoil which has an acceleration effect. Therefore, the pressure profile on upper surface of blades near the wind-lens in the pillar wake is almost the same as that not in the pillar wake. Thus, the loss of aerodynamic force on the blade near the wind-lens is lower than that of root side of the blade. As for the moment on blades, the torque and the pitching moment mainly fluctuate due to the wake of support structures.
