N2 - 133Cs NMR measurement has been performed on the mixed antiferromagnet CsNi0.98Fe0.02Cl3 with stacked triangular lattice at temperatures between 2 and 7 K under static magnetic fields up to 4.1 T. From the temperature, field and angular variations of NMR spectrum and nuclear spin-lattice relaxation time, it is revealed that a slight doping of Fe2+ ions with the XY anisotropy causes a drastic effect on the phase transitions of the pure CsNiCl3 with a small Ising anisotropy. Competition of the anisotropy results in a completely different magnetic field versus temperature phase diagram.
