Mix proportion principle of concrete containing large quantity of coal ash with constant cement content

In this study, in order to establish the mix proportion principle of concrete containing a large quantity of coal ash with constant portland cement content, properties of fresh concrete, compressive strength and carbonation were measured and discussed. As s result, the relationship between mix proportions and properties of fresh concrete was clarified, and an equi-potential line on compressive strength and carbonation rate could be calculated on the basis of the experimental results. And the mix proportion principle of this concrete and procedure of mix design could be shown.
