NEGATIVE FLEXURAL BEHAVIOR OF PRECAST COMPOSITE SLABS WITH STEEL JOINT.

抄録

With highway bridges, a significant deterioration of concrete slab decks has been observed recently, and the complete replacement of such slab decks is often required. The authors wish to provide some fundamental information on developments in an effective method for jointing RC composite slab decks on the steel girder. In this paper, two types of steel joint structures are proposed, and six composite slabs having proposed joints and a lapped joint and two corresponding monolithic slabs are tested in order to evaluate the efficiency of the joints in transfer of negative bending moment.
