N2 - Temperature and magnetic field dependences of pinning parameters connected with Jc distribution are obtained from measurements on electric field-current density characteristics. A scaling law of the pinning force is confirmed. The temperature dependences of the normalization field which is the glass-liquid transition field and that of the maximum pinning force are discussed. The results suggest the existence of two phase structure in Bi-2223 and Bi-2212 samples.
