A novel treatment of the retina vein occlusion by using electrically-induced bubble injector is proposed. This treatment provides physical stimuli to blood clot for reperfusion by microbubbles. These microbubbles occurred at the tip of electrically-induced bubble injector which has directivity. For the present study, the neovascular of the chicken embryo was employed as a retina vein occlusion phantom because their diameter is similar size. We have successfully produced a blood clot and blocked blood flow artificially at the vascular of the chicken embryo. We have successfully provided local physical stimuli to blood clot by microbubbles and confirmed the reperfusion.
