N2 - A spontaneous retroperitoneal bleeding and hematoma is among uncommon disease processes, which might result in sudden circulatory collapse. A 63-year-old female, the day after liver transplantation, had sudden circulatory collapse with abdominal pain. An immediate surgical management, instead of radiological intervention, was performed with a successful outcome. This paper provides an outline of the diagnosis and treatment in a case of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage, which developed after living-donor liver transplantation.
