The purpose of this paper is to investigate the inhibitory effect of red soil runoff by various adaptation measures under the same condition. Moreover, it is necessary to grasp the relationship among red soil runoff, soil moisture and rainfall. Firstly, physical characteristics of the red soil extracted on the field were introduced. Secondly, a field test in Ginoza Village Matsuda district was shown together with the system for understanding the relationships among red soil runoff, soil moisture and rainfall. Finally, the result of the field test and a couple of issues from this test are presented in this paper.
