N2 - The genus Dinica Gozmány, 1965 is recorded from Nanling National Nature Reserve, South China. Dinica rhombata sp. nov. is described and illustrated, the first record of this genus from China. The new species is very similar in appearance to Dinica endochrysa (Meyrick, 1935) from Japan, but it can be distinguished easily by the characteristics of the male genitalia: straighter aedeagus, larger subscaphium and slender saccus. Terminology of the male genitalia is briefly discussed.
