抄録

Cationic gold nanoparticles and anionic components, DNA and anionic bilayer were assembled layer-by-layer to form controlled three-dimensional composite thin film. The QCM frequency changes revealed formation of ordered sandwich type layers. Densely charged positive particles formed close-packed layers on these anionic components. For formation of stable composites, rigid organic components were indispensable.
